MBT Chapa healthy shoes

MBT Chapa healthy shoes are a series of anti MBT shoes,The surface of MBT Chapa shoes are smooth and they are one kind of powerful daily training shoes. They can activate the muscles of your whole body and make you get most of the attention no matter where you go.

On the street, you can see there are so many mini-shoes, high heels and other shoes so special and rare. In my opinion these shoes are really attractive, but most of the time, they play a role as decorative ornaments and they don’t wear so comfortable in reality. The first time you wear these shoes, you feel they do not correspond to your feet and even if after a while, you accept, you will notice that your feet were deformed.

So I always think that, apart from necessary social occasions, MBT Chapa can be our best option in force. A pair of MBT Chapa healthy shoes can not only make so convenient, but it can also help prevent foot problems and disorders of the knee.

How to care your leather shoes in daily life?

Leather has a habit of cracking when it dries out and although polishing your shoes or boots regularly helps them to keep looking good you also have to take precautions to stop them drying out.
Once a month you should treat your leather shoes with a moisturizer which soaks into the leather to prevent it drying out, there are some creams that you can purchase specially made for this purpose, but you can save some money by using a dab of petroleum jelly and buffing it into the shoe once a month before polishing your shoes in the normal way.
Olive oil or even a dash of cooking oil can also prevent your leather shoes from drying out.
Soft Leather
Leather sneakers or sports shoes, ladies and gents sandals, leather slippers, a quick once over with a damp cloth sometimes just isn't enough to clean soft leather shoes, and throwing them into the washing machine for a quick wash is a bad idea, the detergent in the machine can react with the glue leaving your shoes... read more

I am posting this as a warning of making a purchase from the website http://www.mbtshoestore.co.uk/

Do NOT buy from this website - they are not in the UK and if you receive damaged or faulty goods you will not get a refund - there is no return address (They are in fact in China)

Just a word of warning - please pass on

Flag this message rocker shoes for sprinting

hello i was wondering if you could help me decide on some shoes to buy.

I like to go jogging and sometimes sprinting, which i find is a very effective fat loss exercise for me. However, i sometimes get sore knees after sprinting.
I have seen Rocker shoes on the internet & they seem to be a good idea. The cushioning sounds like what i need.

I see that MBT's aren't really recommended for fast running, so is there a rocker shoe or similar well-cushioned shoe you could recommend for me?

Thank you very much,

I'm considering buying either the MBT's or the Skecher Shapers to tone up and get in better shape but I see all kinds of mixed reviews. MBT's are more expensive than the Shapers so I'm left wondering if the MBT's are better. Has anyone purchased either pairs of these shoes for fitness purposes and seen any signifigant results?

Which is the Better "All Terrain" Shoe?

I have been wearing MBT shoes for over 2 years and, have now been wearing Ryn shoes for about 8 months. I wear both brands regularly, and I sell both brands at my store in Austin.

From my experience, both brands perform very well on flat, level, predictable surfaces including concrete, tile and treadmills. But we don't always walk on these surfaces. Sometimes we are on grass, hills and uneven terrain.

From personal experience, I have discovered that I am more careful about how I walk when I wear MBT shoes on grass, hills and uneven surfaces. I tend to be much more aware of my footing and look for "stable" surfaces for my foot to land. I am much more comfortable wearing my MBT shoes in the house, on sidewalks and when I am running errands.

I have tested my Ryn shoes on grass, hills, rocks and other terrain and discovered that I have much better control walking on these surfaces. The shoes tend to "bite" into slopes without giving way. This is due, I believe, to the "stable... read more

New Problems

Has anyone who purchased MBT shoes now have foot problems or back or knee
problems which they did not have before? My Peroneous Longus Tendon is pulled which
is causing knee problems. Never before was my peroneus longuts tendon nor my
peroneus tetius tendon pulled. I started wearing the MBTs and within about 4 months
started having problems. I am over weight and the primary reason I purchased these
shoes was because of the advertising claims they said that would help to lose weight
and strengthen my body. My MBT's now sit collecting dust.

Anyone else having problems with the MBT?s If so, have you filed a lawsuit?

How MBT Shoes Work?

Through its unique design of its multilayered sole, mBT transforms flat, hard, artificial surfaces into natural uneven surfaces, simulating the walking action of our barefoot ancestors.

Unlike most conventional training shoes that support and cushion your feet, the unique construction of mBT challenges the sole, and the muscles used to form your posture, to be more active.

This reactive, more supportive muscle action increases shock absorption for joints and discs.

Walking more upright not only looks better but automatically makes us healthier and stronger. The back and joints are strengthened, circulation is increased and breathing is more efficient. mBT lengthens and strengthens the whole body while standing, walking or in gentle running.

I have had my MBT shoes for about 4 months. I developed a hammer toe, right foot second toe. At first it felt like I was walking on a marble at the base of that toe. Soon after my toe started arching(the toe will not lay flat). Has anyone else experienced this?

has anyone else compared MBT shoes or RYN shoes with zcoil shoes? I find my zcoils much better than my MBTs but I have damaged ankles and for me the zcoil helps cushion the impacts in my ankles when walking.
